Anyone who has a big family will tell you, the youngest child doesn't have the same rules as the older kids do. When our other kids were young, Chris and I were very strict with bed time. By 7:30 all of our kids were bathed and in bed. Then came Kami. She is so easy going, that sometimes we forget that she is only 3. On weekends especially she has no clearly defined bedtime. Tonight was no exeption. While I was 'busy' updating my blog and facebooking, Kami got herself a little snack, then fell asleep...on the floor....in the family room. I think I need to get back to the basics of parenting....

at least it was a somewhat decent snack... could have been a bag ful of candy! you are an awesome mom, by the way... so much that I want to be a Hartman!
