The birthday girl with her b-day cake. Just in case you didn't know, I refuse to buy a bakery cake for my hubby or kids. I always make them whatever type of cake they want. This year Madi asked for gooey butter cake! According to Madi, "this was the best birthday ever!"

Happy Birthday Madi; your Mom also makes Birthday Cakes for PopPop. Do you remember the ONE time only experimental Choclate Pound Cake? I don't think that will happen again.
